Analisis Atas Desain Website Ecommerce pada Zgs Game Shop (Studi Kasus Pengguna Website pada Mahasiswa di Fakultas Ilmu Administrasi Universitas Brawijaya)

This research aims to identify and analyze the condition of Context, Content, Community, Customization, Communication, Connection, Commerce and the problems that arise on the website of ZGS Game Shop. The type of research used is descriptive research type with quantitative research approaches. Analysis of the data used is modified descriptive analysis or combined with semantic differential scale. The results showed that the website of ZGS Game Shop (www.zgsgame.com) is accessed mostly by male students from class of 2012. Context of the overall look of the design and layout of the website is attractive, pleasing to the eye, but yet looks simple. Content of the website shows pictures with a complete and clear product description. Community shows commentary feature on each product. Customization shows the availability of bilingual options on the menu and availability of desktop and mobile versions on display. Communication can be seen from the availability of important corporate information, and the availability of direct communication via Yahoo Messenger. Commerce shows visitors can easily buy online and the placement of ads that are not intrusive.
